Shower Pull on tub Faucet Leaks

The pull to turn the shower on drips while tub is in use. Is there call for concern? What does this mean? I’d like to fix it if there was a way. Thanks in advance.
 
It’s not a big problem if everything’s working.

I doubt it’s repairable.

Zoom out and show the whole faucet with spout. It might be a common name brand with a warranty..

Might be Delta, easy to replace.
 
They’re easy to replace. It just screws on and off. It’s sealed by an oring. No thread tape, no pipe sealant, no tools.
