    Drainage issues on two toilets

Make sure if you completely drained your septic to add new enzymes, the septic system cannot and will not function properly without the initial boost of enzyme bacteria to erode the solids. It needs a baffle tee as well with a pipe goins own about 12 to 14 inches off the floor. Septic systems...

Without a doubt it's a vent, if it's a slab house needs to be broken up and exposed in the concrete then rerouted to the wall and tied back in if it's a crawlspace house needs to be cut off below floor and open a wall up to recent or tie it back in to the same existing vent in the wall watch...

    Wondering..........

May sound a little awkward but here's my opinion, the reason your tub faucet leaks and not your lav faucet is because of the amount of water and minerals in that water that pass through the tub faucet as opposed to a lavatory faucet. Think about it your lavatory faucet passes what maybe two...

water heater pilot does not stay lit.

What kind of heater is it? Chances are its just a thermocouple but Raheem has a temperature crystal in the bottom that if overheated due to poor air flow and overheat will burst and close the air damper. If its not a Raheem I would say thermocouple
