    The plastic bits in the old one fell apart so we bought a new one. Kitchen faucet/tap. we vaguely remember the last time we did this we had to remove bits of the inside of the new one to get water pressure. any ideas? thanks for your help

    the RHEEM tank is 6 months old. see the black stuff inside. is that usual? i suspect the fella in the factory sprayed the inside of the tank AFTER this prv was installed. thanks all

    Rheem have sent us a replacement pressure relief valve. but the plumber over the phone says we need a thermal expansion tank. we did not have any problems with the old tank (13 years old) is there room? will the tank need to be rotated? then the drain from the relief valve will be in the wrong...

    this a photo looking upwards from the vanity under the sink. see those three holes? when the tap(faucet) is fully on it leaks from there. we tried tightening those nut on the hold down brackets, but i doubt that is the problem. it is a moen tap. it is not dribbling from around the aerator how do...

    well $280 later the PRV is replaced - simple job with easy access. but now it seems to be working. thanks all PS those copper looking bands - are they what they use now?
