    I would add an ell or do some minor replumb to use them if at all possible. In the long run they can actually help prevent leaks by stopping some of the pipe shock and fatigue. just saying

    Thank you for your reply. I can not find any hot or cold spots on the floors but that are all carpet and mostly covered with furniture so they are not very accessible. Yes the meter is moving when all fixtures are at rest. About 0,6 to 0.7 GPM

    I usually double wax ring mine. Get one wax ring without the plastic flange and then put it on top of the wax ring they are very forgiving i have found and help with floors that are no level ( as in all slabs)

    Thank you for your reply and suggestions, I have already performed those items, I have not found the hoses to be plugged or to gurgle with water. This is really crazy as I Know the water / condensate has to be coming from from the heat vent. Help!

    Thank you for the reply. The condensate is piped directly into the drain. It actually has 2 drain tube that drain into a drain attached to the middle side of the furnace, the water drips into it then it drain into the floor drain.

    Leveling a Toilet Front to Back

    Use dry wall mud either premixed or mix your own. Then push as much as you can under the toilet base as far back as you can. Then wipe up the outside and floor with water and a rag. let dry before you set on it and presto your level. This is what we did in the 1960's.
