I slipped and broke my arm twice. And slipped and cracked a bone in my wrist once. I can't reccomend either of them.

i've tianium femur, 2 bolts holding it in place ( knee and hip ) busted hip and Scaphoid ( shoulder, Broken ankle with 2 plates and 12 screws, busted tib and fib a year later and now a messed up eye ... I dont recomend any of it .
