Mahi mahi is delicious. Especially fresh off the boat. The captain filleted the fish right on the docks and we took the meat home. Put it on the BBQ on top of aluminum foil with butter and garlic. I'm not a big fan of fish, but it doesn't taste fishy.

I agree about bbq fish.
I never liked fish when I was younger, because it stunk up the house.
But cooked while fresh, and outside on the grill, it is 100 percent a different experience.
Walleye, catfish, salmon, and many others are so good, and not fishy.

You wouldn’t believe the nasty water that came out of the expansion tank.
The house didn’t need an expansion tank so the water just sat there in the tank forever. It’s not a closed system.
It was literally green then turned black when I poured it out.

I’ve torn the old one apart and plan to make something out of it. Maybe a small hydronic heater.......
