I am dealing with a leaky bath faucet. After pulling out the handle and a gear that attached to it, I am at a loss as to what to do next.

A Moan core puller is seemingly not appropriate for this.

I am not able to identify the manufacturer.

Attached are pictures to give you an idea of what I'm working with. The white part is attaches to the handle to turn the hot/cold water on/off.

I was considering using a wrench to pull out the gold part, in hopes of pulling out the core or cartridge. The diameter of it is ~1.5 inches.

Any ideas?

Sorry for the late response.

Everything posted here is correct - I was able to just unscrew the gold ring and was able to see how to uninstall the cartridge. Yes, it is a Price Pfister!!

Thanks, everyone!!
