Sometimes when I go to turn on the kitchen faucet it will only have a small trickle, not the usual high pressure water flow. I usually go to the bathroom and turn on the sink faucet there and the kitchen faucet starts working again...or at least it used to. That trick used to work consistently...

This ended up doing the trick. For some reason it also started leaking at the water inflow cable when I went to check on your suggestion so I tightened that up as well. Thanks!

Not the base where the wax ring is, and not quite the tank (unless it's running down the tank then down the back side of the toilet onto the floor). It only happens when flushed. I'm guessing there is a crack in the back somewhere and the toilet needs to be replaced? I've replaced taken...

So I just had all the galvanized plumbing in my house replaced with pex. One issue apparently was that the room where the washer and dryer were didn't have a crawl space. So they ran the water lines in the attic and down the wall, but couldn't apparently do much with the drain pipe pictured...
