Woke up with a sore back. I don't know how much I like this several thousand dollar memory foam mattress.

Give it time. Those things rock. I have one, don't know how I slept before it.

I don't toss or turn anymore. Basically stay in one position all night. It's amazing how much more rest you get that way.

I still toss and turn but more for body pains then comfort.

You get used to it.

If you don't though, I would suggest a hammock.
