I guess so now...Lower the trap to allow the standpipe to meet its req't.

the 42'' is the top of stand pipe from the floor
not the height of the stand pipe itself

Yu need to cut that stuff out

go buy some abs fittings and pipe you have to use abs glue
when you tie the abs into the pvc you are going to use a mission band by fernco

install as per this drawing

The clean out tee above the tee to the standpipe is interesting. I was thinking clean out below would reduce need for another coupler as the remaining pipe will only be 6” above floor. Is it critical for clean out coupler to be above the tee coupler?

Here are a few pictures with my plans; I used vacuum pipes to represent drainpipe and vent pipes. I think you will get the gist of what I am thinking and measurements. Any last thoughts before I install? Everything will be abs, using abs cement, the vent pipe to upper floor will connect through between drainpipe and ptrap. Full standpipe will be below 30” from end of ptrap.
