Or maybe orange juice? I don't know call me old fashioned but back in the day we would take vitamin c and eat chicken noodle soup and we didn't need no stinking high proof liquor.

Yes he is and yes my wife is a smoker. I think that's what making it so hard to quit this time. I'm doing good though.

Keep it up, quitting was the best thing I ever did.

I've done it a few times now. I'm still hooked on the lozenges, but that's better than smoking.

Maybe, I had a guy I worked with that quit but then got hooked on the gum, chewed it all day for about ten years, then got throat and mouth cancer and died.
