Please help to identify replacement for shower handle

I need help identifying replacement for my shower handle. One corner of the shower handle is damaged so it does not seat well onto the cartridge. When cartridge was replaced 2 years ago I believe plumber said it is Delta. The connection between the cartridge and handle has 4 straight edges. It looks to be square. I could not find any Delta model that would be matching that. Please reference pictures I have taken. There are no identifying markings on the handle or the trim plate. I was unable to remove the cartridge to look for any manufacturer / model on it. Thank you so much.

check the cartridge parts catalogue to find the cartridge. You must remove the cartridge to identify.

That looks like a fairly generic type cartridge. I've seen it used in Glacier Bay, Danze, Gerber, etc. Pretty hard to tell from those pics.
