Moen S71709 pullout kitchen faucet is loose

Hi,
A bit difficult to explain. The handle is fine. The pullout faucet is fine (pulls out and fully retracts). The problem is the entire assembly above the handle is loose; it rocks back and forth. I want to tighten it somehow so it doesn't rock. I can untwist the entire top portion, but trying to twist it tighter doesn't seem to work. No luck looking on Moen's site so I thought I'd ask the experts.

pic and model would help. but in general, every part is a build up of pieces. It was put together in some order, so reverse the order to get at what there is to tighten...unless it is tightened from below.

I think it's S71709. Please see video.

The curved spout tube is just on by friction and can be popped up to reveal the parts. Abnormal function if the tube is wiggly.
If u are original owner, you are covered by the ltd. lifetime warranty. Moen is superb in sending full replacements when called for.
