My water in home smell like rotten eggs when turn on I need to replace the Anode rod, but I do not know where it is .There is not a screw in rod on top where you can see it. There are two plugs in top of heater.
Brand Intertherm. 30yrs old

If you are attempting to install a new anode rod on a 30 year old water heater, I would recommend not messing with it, and just replace it. You have exceeded its life expectancy by 20+ years, and consider yourself lucky.
