Leaking Shower Head

So here's my problem: My shower head was leaking after the faucet was turned off. Not where the head connects to the pipe coming out of the wall, but out of the fixture itself. The head was fifteen years old so I decided to replace it but the new head has the exact same problem.

Any ideas how I can fix it?

Sounds like your problem is the faucet leaking through. You need to address that.
