Help needed to identify the brand and model of a bathroom faucet

I've attached a picture of my bathroom faucet. I'm not able to identify the brand/model of this faucet. There are no identifiable markings on the faucet. Unfortunately, I have to repair the leaky cold water shutoff. It leaks from around the base of the shutoff. There is no water drip.

I'd greatly appreciate any help identifying this faucet. Thanx in advance

Look under the sink, there might be a sticker on one of the built in supply lines, attached right under the faucet.

Thanx guys for your help but I FINALLY located the documentation on the faucet. It's a Delta faucet Model 3538-MPU-DST. I bought the faucet in December 2013 from eFaucets, an online seller. My understanding is that Delta offers a lifetime warranty for the original owner of the faucet. So, I'll be calling Delta @ 1-800-345-DELTA to find out what they'll do about my leaky cold water handle.
