yeh just cut them out and you will be back to normalInteresting. The sink is in the basement unit of a rental property so not sure why a solenoid valve would be installed. It seems to be restricting the flow of water (pipe valves are turned on and water is working in the adjacent bathroom). Probably just a matter of taking them out and replacing with regular piping.
