Corroded dielectric Union on water boiler

My mom’s boiler is leaking at the 1 1/4” dielectric union.

My plan is to turn off the boiler, drain it, and replace the dielectric union.

Are there any issue’s i’m likely to run into in the process?

looks like they could have put a circulator there. you dont need a dielectric union. just get a circ flange and a new $2 black nipple
