No problem, @Danny Danson just relating the facts. There are reasons for the warranty issue; I don't know specifically what each may be, but one example is warranty work; manufacturers maybe cannot handle residential warranties, as their service staff or contracted service firms are geared toward commercial environments. Whatever the commercial market is, it is a fraction of the residential, so if suddenly everyone discovered the charms of a 58 second wash cycle for a dishwasher, maybe a $3,000 unit doesn't look costly considering that some residential units cost over $1,400. So if suddenly a Noble commercial dishwasher became all the rage, they may not be able to handle the service work for them.

You are in a funny place between commercial and residential; in a sense you have commercial requirements in a residential environment. Honestly that's never a good place to be...
