    Finally got everything draining good now. It was just many years of grease build up in the pipe heading outside. Used three bottles of InstantPower drain cleaner over the course of a week.....It does work!

    Jeff, Your remarks were really helpful. I checked the horizontal trap arm going into the wall and its slightly pitched back towards the trap. That can't be good-its always been like that. Its almost like I would need to raise that trap up to the bottom of the sink in order to create a better...
