There is no siphon in that compartment - the bleach just flows straight on down to the drum (I'm guessing it's the drum anyway). It's the last thing that I put in the drawer.

Thank you! Now this is more of a curiosity thing...there are 3 compartments in the dispenser drawer. I know the water enters the compartments and then flows into the drum. Are there 3 different pipes leading to the drum (one from each compartment)?

When you overfill the compartments in a washing machine drawer, where does the liquid go? Does it eventually reach the drum?

Thanks. I don't think Iron Out or Goo Gone are available where I live. Does anyone know if SMC is easily stained? The cans can't have been there for more than a few days, and one stain in particular is really bad. I'm guessing the cans had rust on them before I put them down, and I didn't realise.

There's rust on an SMC shower tray (left from cans left on surface). Rust marks not removed by baking soda, Jif or 30 Seconds rust remover. The manufacturer has apparently suggested trying Domestos level 8 corrosive in a blue bottle. I'm pretty certain bleach is a bad idea. Does anyone have...

I live in an apartment and have a drain on the bathroom floor. When i take a shower (i admit i use a lot of soap), foam comes up from the drain. Is that dirty shower water that's coming up? Or is from somewhere else? Will the problem go away if I stop using as much soap? Thanks
