I’m in the Nashville Tennessee area. I picked up a new job if I can get agreement on pricing. If someone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated. It’s 5000 square-foot barn dominium. Four bathrooms three of them are full. One is upstairs two faucets. The drain is already been put in the foundation and is stubbed up. The water is coming in in the laundry room will have to be run throughout the walls of the house to get to each fixture hot and cold . Will be a gas on demand water heater. What should I charge per fixture or should I do it another way I just have no idea. Just getting started if you need any more details, please ask. And thanks so much for anybody that can help. I will add floorplan if that will help.
