I’m new to this forum. I have an old warehouse used to store farm machines. It had been unused for a past 2 years. Recently I planned to renovate it. While cleaning the debris I found the drains getting clogged and water recedes very slowly. I tried pressure pumping with water but not much difference did it make. Recently I saw on the internet about hydro jetting power flushing through a commercial plumbing service in Toronto. I think hydro jetting would be a better idea and what would be the cost of using it. The drain pipe is made of PVC which is 10”. Also, I heard hydro jetting is quite expensive so are there any other ways of removing the clogs?

You say the drains are 10" That's pretty big.

Cabling a drain is for 4" or less. and maybe 6" to 8" if you have a large enough cable

Hydro jetting is the probably the only way you're going to clear them.

Prices depend on your location and availability.
