What is a Kitchen jetter?
A jetter is similar to a pressure washer with special nozzles that pulls the hose into the drain to clean it with high pressure water.

The smaller units are used for small drains, like a kitchen sink drain.

That’s a general short answer.

We don't use our jet machs in the the kitchen space we have cleanouts down stream of the kitchen, when you jet water come out of the jet head at a rear facing direction at different angles scouring the pipe and washing it to a larger pipe there are heads that that the spray come out forward

We also use a variety of snakes and heads to cut the grease,we flush with lots of water after

Which heads are best for kitchen grease lines?

Check out General jm 1000 this is a small tool box sized jet about 50 lbs??? Does up to 3" comes with 4 heads and a cleaning tool for the jet holes the key to using it is not to force it, otherwise the jet holes get clogged
I think all jetters are meant to clear grease
There is a forward spraying head that is meant to break up debris
