I'm planning to add 2 ADA bathrooms in the facility for seniors. Installation will be over concrete floor, so will have to cut sewer lines in the concrete. Few questions:
1. Can I tile directly over concrete with a little slope towards the drain, or should use shower base?
2. Any suggestions on layout? Was thinking to do shower/toilet/sink and toilet/sink, or another option is to separate shower room, toilet room, and common sink outside
