Will the following interchange/fit (20mm To 20mm PVC Ball Valve Union Joint Slip Shut Valve PVC Pipe Fittings Plumbing For 20mm Outside Diameter's Pipe Water Pipe) 3/4 inch PVC pipe?

Thank you,
yeto

20mm is 1/2'' correct?
20mm is .787 inches of 25/32

Would it be possible to use a 20mm compression fitting on a 3/4 pvc pipe? I need to put a ball valve in a pvc pipe and I will need to be able to cut the pipe, slide the valve "all the way" on in one direction, then put the other side of the pipe in line and then slide the valve in that direction and then tighten. The only valve I can find says 20mm and not 3/4".

Metric piping is not interchangeable with the Imperial system which uses inches.
Metric is used in places like Europe and the UK.
In the metric system the 20 mm etc represents the Actual O.D. of the pipe while in this country the sizes represent a Nominal size. For example in a 3/4" pipe, nothing actually measures 3/4".

Where are you getting metric size valves?
