Hi all, I just joined just so I could post a question concerning my well, I am hoping I can get an answer here. I have a well that I use for only sprinklers with a 1 1/2 hp Flowtec pump but the pump seized up solid. I have another pump that is new, it is a Semer 1 hp shallow well jet pump (model 3110P-10).
The old pump had 1 1/2'' out and in pipe size, the new has 1 1/4'' in and 1'' out, both pumps are 230 volts. The sprinkler system is 4 zones at roughly 15 gpm each zone, my question is, will the new pump still do the job for the sprinklers?
