In the pool house bath there is a sink, toilet and shower. Water to the sink and toilet run strong. The shower was fine a couple weeks ago but now no water flow...except for a trickle from either hot or cold side. Note: The controls are separate left and right, not combined. Also to the shower head off just to make sure it wasn't stopped up. Still only a trickle. Any help would be appreciated.

Was there any work done on your plumbing recently? It sounds like you have sediment in the valves, and they may need to be removed and cleaned and flushed thoroughly.
You could take the shower head off and try letting the water flow for a bit to see it this works, provided you have confirmed you have no gate valves blocking the flow of water to the shower. If flushing doesn't help, you may need to start digging deeper.
It is probable that there is some sort of blockage in the line. I am assuming that if there was a break in the line you would have a flood somewhere, unless the line runs underground from the main house to the pool house.
Moen made a 2 handle tub & shwr valve several years ago that was defective in design.
The passage way that the water flow travels upward through to the shower head, when the tup spout diverter is used, gets blocked with mineral deposits. We had a special custom made flexible brush that we would push up through the tub filler wall fitting to remove some of the deposits. It worked about 25% of the time. We ended having to replace most of the valves. These were in homes less than 5 to 10 yrs old.
