Good morning everyone!

Just wondering what sort of flush valve this is and what I can do to take it out and fix the seal? My toilet is leaking and the black seal on the bottom I believe is broken and hence why water is coming out. Do I need to professionally get it fixed or would I be able to do it myself? Please repl

These are the photos

If anyone could post a step by step process that would be amazing please

I am not familiar with that monstrosity.
Looks like a brand name is stamped on it, Google will have info.
Your toilet should have model number info printed or molded into the back of the inside of the tank.
That info should lead you to repair parts, hopefully with diagrams, on Google.
Once you find the part number or name for your flush valve, you can find repair or replacement info for it.

The manufacturer name of the toilet is often printed right near the toilet seat hinge.

John, most of the plumbers here are from the US of A. You Aussies down under make some weird stuff and I've never seen such a contraption.
