What kind of faucet is this?

Does anyone know what brand of faucet this is, and if so, how do I get the handle off? I can't find the brand name anywhere. On the base of the faucet in the back, there is a very small hole for what I presume is a screw, but I cannot get it out, especially since it's so close to the wall.

The hot water handle has become difficult to turn on and off, and I think I have some mineral buildup. Hence the need to remove, clean, repair, etc.

I tried prying off the metal base, but was worried I would break something, so stopped at that point.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

that small hole maybe for an allen screw, you would need l shaped set to try.have you brought this pic to a plumbing supply house.....counter guys usually have seen a lot of brands

If you have to take it off anyway, shut off the water to the faucet and remove the faucet from the sink. Once removed, you can get a better look at how to remove the handles.
