Yeah it looks like Moen now.
It’s old but you should be able to find some trim to fit. No problem, it just may not look like the old trim.

Part of the trim, I’m not sure what moen calls it.
You could send moen a pic and see if they have a replacement. . It’s part of the escutcheon/trim.

Yes. It looks like Moen of the late 1980s. My question is how this can be removed properly to change inside parts. Also, why do you need a trim? Kohler and some other do not require this weird part that is fused with the wall?
