lol, its a light saber some guy made and I think it looks so cool, I know some parts like the emt connector at the bottom.

There are hundreds of instructions online on how to do this. Many videos too, YouTube and elsewhere generally with materials lists.
The original light sabers props were made from Graflex (old press camera) flash unit handles. Quite costly today.
Now of course because of their popularity they have been duplicated. The good metal ones are pretty expensive. Just search for “Graflex light saber”
My sister and her costumer friends were really into this stuff. In the 1980s.

Nice looking light saber (sabre?)! Reminds me of something I should not have done when in the Navy. I made a pipe for smoking "tobacco" out of twelve pieces of beautifully anodized red, blue and yellow RF connectors and sizing adapters for terminating large and small coaxial cable. It was a thing of beauty!
