I have fried it in oil or baked it. I don't have a recipe. I kind of wing it most of the time. If the fish is frozen you can thaw it in a Ziploc bag in water 1 cup of flower 1 or 2 table spoon of turmeric. mix it in a Ziploc bag. pat dry the fish with a towel put in bag with flower/turmeric. shake it. You will have just a light coating of flour/turmeric fry it. I use just enough oil to cover bottom of pan. You want it to sizzle when you drop in the fish, Turmeric will give it I really nice golden cooler and will cut the fishiness a bit.
