These 2 water pipes go to an old laundry sink that I want to replace. The water to these pipes has been off for years because the sink leaks. They are painted grey but I'm pretty sure the pipes are copper because the valve in the photo appears to be sweated on.

But the two big nuts on the right concern me. I'd have to loosen them to get the sink out. The water lines from the nuts to the sink are copper right to the hot and cold handles. No flexible lines. After the sink is out I'd hopefully be able to attach flexible lines to where those 2 big nuts are attached now. The pipe leading to the nuts near the valve appears to be about 1/2 inch.

Does anyone recognize those fittings? Is that size still available if I want to replace with flexible lines for water supply to a new sink?

I recommend a plumber cut the copper and add two push-fit (Sharkbite) threaded MIP adapters.
