Water shut off on its own at 10 o'clock direction.

Hello,

I just replaced the seats, spindle, diverter and spout. but each time I slowly turn the knob to 11, then 10 o'clock position, water start coming out but then shut off within 20 seconds or so. then water flowing out ok beyond that. Please check out the video to see for yourself.
