I have a leak on the second floor full bathroom outside the wall. On the other side of the wall is the toilet. However, around the edges of the toilet and anywhere else in the bathroom there is no water or any signs of a leak. The only spot is on the other side of the wall underneath the carpet.

What are the possible sources of the leak? My main guess is that the water supply into the toilet is leaking.

FYI - There is another full bath upstairs about 15 feet further down.

It is possible the wax ring under the toilet is shot, and you are getting seepage to the exterior. It's a $5.00 fix, and this is where I'd start. Since you will have to pull up the toilet, it will also allow you to inspect for cracks and other leaks in the area.
