Waste and Vent Stack & Waste Line Size Question

I want to swap locations sides for my lavatory sink / vanity and toilet . The total distance the toilet will be away from the vent stack is 9' 8", is that an acceptable distance for the toilet to be placed away from the stack?

Also what is the acceptable waste line size for a toilet 3" or 4"?

You would have to reference your local code on the distance. Here it is 10 feet on 3 inch and 12 on 4 inch. Both 3 and 4 will work for a toilet. I would rather have 3 with the 1.28 gallon flush toilets. With the smaller pipe I feel the water will push the solids further down the pipe. The larger the pipe it is easier for water to go around the solids than push it. JMHO.
