When I turn on shower I hear extreme pipe vibration. I'm thinking a pipe slipped a bracket inside of wall, but anything else it could be? This is a hotel room.

Post a pic of the faucet.

Could be just a loose faucet washer.
 
It's intermittent, plus when I flush the toilet with faucet running it immediately stops.
 
That faucet may have integral stops with washers on the stem. Take the handle and trim plate completely off and snap another pic.
 
I came this far might as well replace be it, right? I do have one in stock, I'll just have to shut down the room, that's all.
 
There may be a loose washer on one or both of the integral stop valves. Circled in red.
