Venting dry vs wet

I was perusing the net and came across this example picture for venting. This can not be correct. It seems the vertical dry vent is to small, along with fixtures being to far away from it. Am I wrong here ? SmartSelect_20230804_083412_Google.jpg
 
bathroom groups on the same level shall be permitted to be wet vented as long as they are on the same level and the fixtures tie in individually. There is a max those lines can run from the horizontal vented line, and they cant change elevation
