Urinal Installation

I am installing a waterless urinal in my bathroom. The drain line is 1 1/2 inches and the urinal requires a 2 inch threaded connection. The wall is a standard 2 x 4 wall. I used a 2 inch elbow with a 2 inch nipple to make the connection and reduced the size on the side. The problem is that the pipe sticks out too far by an inch. I looked at using a street elbow but that only made up for half the distance. Does anyone have any suggestions to make it stick out from the wall less by 1 inch? I don't want to build out the wall for a variety of reasons.

i have installed and removed a few of these....they are a recipe for many stoppages...good luck

its probably already done but you could use a schd 80 pvc male adpt and glue a short nipple/or a fit adapter
