Trim brand and model identity help

HI,

Trying to help my friend's parent to replace their broken /faded shower trim and no clue what brand and model of it.


Hope someone here has some hints.

Similar to Grohe's Grohmix thermostatic plate. Would need to see the spline/cartridge.
I doubt you will ever find handle trim kits...
Remind them that a lustrous metal patina, tempered by subtle dark tones is highly sought after.
