I went to swap out my old toilet and the flange was cracked, a 2 piece unit from the 70s, (pictured below). I have no problem putting a new one in but which one? Home Depot had several options, I bought 3 and looking for some pro input. One fits inside the 3" drain pipe, two fit on the outside of which one is a solid ring and one rotates. Which one do I use?

Thanks in advance.

New developments.

I was plunge cutting the old flange parts out and decided to check about access from below. It was easy enough as it lined up between drywall and and ceiling tile. Discovered a rubber transition coupling 8" below the subfloor so I was able to release one end and pull it out. No evidence of leaking so I just got a new piece of ABS down and use the solid flange purchased. The subfloor is solid so I should be able to secure well and place the toilet down.

All worked out very well.
