Tiny Lot and Septic Failure

Hi everyone,

We have a tiny lot ( 3000 sqft ) and our current septic system failed. The health department / local plumber says a standard septic system will not fit on the property, and that likely our old system was not up to code to begin with. Anyone have any options or ideas?

Ask them what they will accept. Or connect to city sewer if it’s available
