I plan on building a tiny home thats 13 x 10 on a lot that is mainly sandy and clay type dirt . im trying to get an idea of how much it would cost to plumb the whole house. I plan to put a septic tank, 2 sinks, shower, tankless water heater and have it connected to a water tank and rainwater collection system.

Any estimates on what a plumber would charge me for the job?

Prices vary greatly by location. Have you contacted any local plumbers?

I recently put in a septic system for a 3 bedroom house, old style non-aerobic, for about $5000. This is in very rural Texas where they are still allowed. Conversely, 50 miles away, an aerobic system would set you back at least $10k. A lot depends on soil type, local and state regs, and your preference for aerobic/non-aerobic. I prefer non-aerobic as no electricity, no maintenance, and works for years if you treat it right. Call septic installers and get price on smallest system.
