I bought a bidet shower head (Chinese import) and need to replace the top end. I thought it was a 3/4” UNF thread but was wrong-the UNF pitches are larger. It cant be a British one either as their thread pitches are even larger. I attached a picture, and maybe you know where I should continue my search. Thanks!

Those thread standards are for fasteners like bolts and screws and do not apply here.
For example threads for various aerators vary by manufactures.
Some use a common thread dimension where others are specific to their units only, making interchangeability impossible.
Some manufactures will use a common thread sizes for some things like supply connection

Thanks, Mr_David. Would you know what the best way is too measure/copy such threads?
