Smell from shower

Hello,
I have a gym locker room smell coming from my shower drain, you know that smell when you walk into the gym shower. The symptoms only started when my wife and I stared working different schedules and working out on different schedules. I believe the shower is just not having the time to dry out. I have tried vinegar and baking soda and some orange disposal cleaner (guy at home depot recommended it) I looked down in the pipe and it looks very clean. (the house is only 2 years old) but i cant seem to get rid of the locker room smell coming from the drain.

Under you shower drain is a p-trap that should be holding water at all times so the sewer gases and smell cannot escape the drain. When you look down the drain is there water holding?

You should go under the house and make sure you don't have a broken pipe
