Slow My Tub's Flow

Hello! I'm having trouble finding some information I need online so I'm hoping someone here can help! I have a bathtub that spews tons of water from the faucet - the handle simply adjusts from cold to hot and provides no flow control. I'm trying to find if there's a restrictor / aerator or something I can attach to the faucet to slow the rate of water. Everything online either points to shower head restrictors or getting into the piping of the faucet itself
