Shower TRim kit help

I'm having trouble locating a replacement trim kit for this style valve. The guys sealed the wall up before we can actually identify the body and what not but can anybody tell me what store I may be able to locate a trim kit for this style?

You had monkey-people doing the work. You must have paid peanuts. Not enough tile was cut away in the first place.
So, identifying the valve, would help to see the full valve out of the valve body. If there is a notch on bottom edge, then American Standard perhaps.
I'd say tear it out and start over.

Definitely looks like American Standard, probably This cartridge
