Hello everyone-
We moved into a new home a few months ago. Recently, at certain water pressures, the show sputters pretty heavily (i.e. can feel vibration in other parts of the house), and the water stops . . . though if we turn up the pressure just a tiny bit (i.e. turn on a bit more hot water) the problem goes away and the shower runs fine. I don't think it happens every time, but happens enough that it isn't a one-time thing. The water heater was either replaced or inspected a few years ago, and we have no reason to suspect that there is a problem there. Plus, it's only the shower - other faucets, washing machine, etc. seem fine.

First time homeowner, and don't know anything about plumbing, so please go easy here! Thanks!

Dan
