Shower Head mount questions

I have the type of showerhead that is attached by a flexible hose to the pipe. The mount that the head attaches to is broken (see pictures).

Is it possible to replace the broken piece without buying an entire new shower head?

I've never seen them sold separately, so unless you could locate the original company, you may be out a few bucks to purchase the entire hand held shower unit.

Shower heads like that are about 15 bucks at walmart

Those shower mounts are available at Home Depot and probably most other big box stores. You will have no problem finding one.
